OneMoorePin — Privacy Policy

OneMoorePin is a Disney pin collection tracker. It is built so your data stays yours. We do not run servers that store your collection, we do not use analytics or advertising, and we do not sell or share your information.

The short version

• Your collection data is stored on your device and in your own iCloud account (Apple's CloudKit). The developer has no access to it.
• Photos you take and on-device pin recognition never leave your device or your iCloud.
• No advertising, no tracking, no third-party analytics SDKs.
• The only company that processes any data on our behalf is Apple, and only to make iCloud sync and (optionally) tips work.

What data the app handles, and where it lives

• Your collections, pins, notes, quantities, and guide images. Stored locally on your device and synced through your iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. If you use Family Sharing within the app, this data is shared into a private iCloud zone that only the family members you invite can access.
• Photos. When you add a photo of a pin or import a guide, the image is stored on your device and in your iCloud alongside your collection. Camera and photo-library access are used only for this purpose and only when you choose to add an image.
• Pin recognition (Identify Pin, Board Scan, Auto-map, Find Duplicates). These features analyze images entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework. The images and the analysis never leave your device.

What the developer can and cannot see

Because your data is stored in your own iCloud account, the developer of OneMoorePin cannot see, access, or retrieve your collections, photos, notes, or any other content you create in the app. There is no developer-operated server or database holding your information.

Tips / In-App Purchases

OneMoorePin is free. It may offer an optional tip to support development. Tips are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store; the developer never receives your name, card number, or other payment details — only Apple's anonymized confirmation that a purchase was made. Tips unlock no features; the entire app is available for free.

Contacting us

If you contact the developer to report a bug or suggest a feature, you choose what to send. Any message you submit (and an email address, if you choose to include one) is used solely to respond to you and improve the app. It is not used for marketing and is not shared with anyone.

Web searches you start

Some features (such as "Find guide online" or "Search the web for this pin") open your web browser or share a photo to another app you choose, like Google. Once you leave OneMoorePin, the privacy policy of that website or app applies. OneMoorePin does not send anything to those services on its own.

Children's privacy

OneMoorePin is a family-oriented app and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. Any content created in the app stays within the user's own iCloud account. The app is not directed to children under 13 for the purpose of collecting data, and it knowingly collects none.

Data retention and deletion

Because your data lives in your iCloud account, you are in control of it. You can delete pins and collections in the app, and you can remove the app's data by deleting the app and managing your iCloud storage in iOS Settings. The developer holds no copy to delete.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
